October Goals

I thought since everyone is posting October goals I should as well!

Here they are

  • Work out 23 days this month — keep workouts to an hour, BUT try to burn 600+ calories in that hour.
  • Lose 10 lbs (be 188 lbs) — and this can be adjusted depending on how much water weight this 198 lb weight in today is
  • Eat a clean diet
  • Do not eat out
  • Do not drink alcohol (besides the weekend of the 19-21st)
  • Have fun on my Trip to Houston, TX 19-21 to visit my college roommate but do not gain weight
  • Get my boyfriend to enjoy healthy cooking with me
  • Save $$
