Much better day & what do I weight !

So muchhh better day today I ate clean and mean and got in a kick ass 5:30 AM workout! Really made all the difference in the rest of my day and the decisions I made. I got a new Paleo cookbook

20120911-201517.jpg I skimmed through it and I do need to do more research on what init I should steer away from while I’m focusing on leaning out…for example almond flour? Sweet potatoes? Or any other starch substitutes Any suggestions from fellow Experienced Paleo dieters would be much appreciated! I don’t want to sabotage myself.

So what do I weight today?


So I have put on some weight so time to take it off!

    it’s my 3rd day on paleo but i find it so much easier if i prep large quantities of food so i don’t have to think,.Last 3 days has been pollo asado chicken cooked on the girll (made 5 pounds at once) bought avocado, lemons, and romaine lettuce (my favorite). Every plate was yummy chicken, half an avocado, some lemon for zest, and LOTs of what ever veggies i wanted. Start out simple! If you have to cook every meal.. it can get complicated. Good Luck!
