It’s all mental..

So  I was struggling this morning. Would have done anything for a big bowl of Special K or a muffin but I pushed through and decided that I am going to kick a** today and headed into work hungry and drank my IsaLean shake and can say that I am now full.  It all comes down to mental discipline.  I am so used to waking up and shoveling some type of sugary breakfast into my stomach.  It is time for a change and my body is ready for it.  I feel so focused and motivated.  How do you push through the mental struggles to make sure you can achieve your fitness goals?!
